SHIPPING  Each order wiil be charged a flat rate of £6.00 for orders below £75. All orders above £75 are shipped free of charge.( UK Mainland only). For prices for shipping outside of the UK Mainland please email us using the contact form or telephone us on +44 (0) 16973 52466. This rate is subject to change as we have no control over our carriers pricing   "An order" is all the products ordered in one transaction, not just each item. We will endeavour to deliver on an agreed date but sometimes our carriers have problems beyond our control.

PAYMENT  We accept most credit/debit cards through our safe and secure BARCLAYCARD EPDQ card payment system via the website or over the TELEPHONE. You can also pay with  PAYPAL. PAYPAL and EPDQ are trusted and accepted throughout the world and will convert our prices to your currency at the checkout. We also accept cheques and bankers orders. ( This service is for UK customers only. Please wait for 5 working days to clear before goods will be shipped. Please make cheques payable to LITTLEHOUSE.ME.UK)   INTERNATIONAL orders can also be made by direct bank transfer (email for details and shipping costs)

RETURNS  Goods can be returned in the original unopened packaging up to 28 days after date of prchase. 28 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE  If in the unlikely event the goods are or become faulty within 28 days of receiving  we will refund the cost of the goods and all postage costs. Non- UK orders will have to pay for own return shipping costs. BACK ORDERS  If an item is out of stock we will back order them. We will inform you of the delay and always give you option to cancel if you cant wait.
